MeetThere is an iPhone and Android app that replaces the 40-message group text. People open it to see how many people are going to each spot tonight, which of their friends are headed there, and who has already checked in. Then they pick a place.
Your venue is already in the app, with live crowd counts. Claiming it is free and puts you in charge of what people see.

Set your age at the door
All ages, 18+ or 21+, shown as a badge on your venue. Under-21 guests can filter for spots that will let them in, so they find you and the wrong crowd doesn’t show up.

What money can’t buy on MeetThere
The app is free for guests and has no ads. No venue can pay to change its crowd counts or the order of anyone’s friends’ plans. Insights are anonymous totals only: never names, never individual visits, and no number built from fewer than 5 people.

Go to venues.meetthere.app, sign in, and search for your venue by name.
Verify it’s yours
Use an email at your venue’s website domain and we send a 6-digit code: you’re approved on the spot. No matching email? The MeetThere team checks your details and approves you.
Set it up
Set your age at the door, invite your team, and upgrade to Promote or Pro when you’re ready to post tonight’s lineup.
