meetthere.app
Your events, in your dancers’ pockets.
MeetThere is an iPhone and Android app that people open to decide where to go tonight. It shows how many people are going to each spot, which of their friends are headed there, and who has already checked in.
Organizers post their classes, socials, workshops and competitions at any place, and they show up right where people are deciding. It’s free for organizers.
Reach dancers where they already decide where to go.
Get found
On nights you host, your place moves to the top of the Tonight list for people nearby, with your event as its headline and “Hosted by” you underneath.
Fill your registrations
Add your registration or ticket link and the app opens your own page. We never sell tickets or take a cut.
Post once, it repeats
Weekly classes and recurring socials are posted once. Multi-day weekends show “Day 2 of 3” so everyone knows where things stand.
A studio, a roller rink, a hotel ballroom or a community center
Pick any place from a map search. It gets a MeetThere page automatically, and the place doesn’t need to sign up. It shows in nearby lists and on the map on the days you have something there.
Post from your computer. It goes live in the app right away.
You post at organizers.meetthere.app with your own team logins. We link to your website instead of copying it, so the app stays quick to use.

Dancers can list their dances in the app, with a level and lead or follow for each one. The app is free for everyone and has no ads, and organizers only ever see anonymous totals, never names.
